See You at the Seaport Racquet Club

Just in time for New York's tennis season, we're back in effect for three-week tennis takeover in the city’s historic Seaport district. From August 18 through September 7, we're turning the cobblestone street of Lower Manhattan’s waterfront into your headquarters for everything tennis—play, watch, shop and more at the Seaport Racquet Club.

Kicking things is the launch of Issue No. 27 on August 21, presented by Chase Sapphire Reserve, and featuring a collaboration with art collective GSCT by MSCHF, which will debut a tennis spin on their cult Global Supply Chain Telephone bag. On August 22nd, SRC becomes home to a special evening co-hosted with heritage racquet brand Babolat, celebrating its 150th anniversary with live podcasts, flash tattoos and appearances by tennis’s biggest names from rising stars to Carlos Alcaraz. Public play from August 18-28 on our full-size court at Seaport Square complements a series of pro clinics in partnership with Chase Sapphire Reserve led by Jessica Pegula, as well FP Movement sessions with Sloane Stephens and a special sunset mat class taught by Kara Liotta.

Off court, we're launching The Clubhouse, serving Dobel Ace Palomas, cans of Heineken to sample and a curated retail lounge featuring FP Movement, MALIN+GOETZ, Valldoreix, MSCHF, and The 1916 Company, which debuts Aces by Paula Badosa, an exclusive 18k gold and diamond jewelry collection, chocolates from Unreal Snacks, a VOSS hydration station, and an array of giveaways and hype merch. The Clubhouse is home to everything from live podcasts, happy hours and special appearances from athletes and creators. Sign up here to make sure you don't sleep on the Seaport Racquet Club.

The Greatest Thing I’ve Ever Seen on a Tennis Court, by Wright Thompson

It was the fall of 2005. I had not yet begun to lose things, and people, and parts of myself. I still believed in the one true way, as Federer did. Agassi knew better but I hadn’t lived enough to understand what I was watching. I was 29 years and two days old.
